They rust hideously bad, and all 4 had to be replaced at 133,000, along with the usual other brake components, for a cost of $1800! (The first brake job 75,000mi. cost $800) The parking brakes worked fine for the first 75,000mi. But now do nothing no matter how they're adjusted! (Another bad design!) All of this, and the truck only has 134,000 on it now. This is my 5th truck, and by far, the most expensive to maintain! For that reason, I won't be buying another Tundra! Toyota needs to do more homework on how to build full size trucks!
